• Delivery Timeline: Our standard delivery time frame is 1-3 days, depending on customization and stock availability. For essential items like mattresses, reverse osmosis (RO) units, and beds, we aim to deliver them within just 1 day.
• Assembly and Installation: We provide assembly and standard installation services for all delivered items to ensure everything is set up properly for your convenience. 
• Condition Upon Arrival: Our team ensures that all products are in excellent condition before delivery. If you notice any issues upon receipt, please notify our team immediately.
• Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible. This includes providing clear access for larger items, such as ensuring there are no obstacles in hallways or doorways.
