As mandated, 18% GST will now apply to RentBasket services.

Goodwill for existing customers

• We’ll bear 9% (half of 18%) GST on your monthly invoices.

• This benefit applies to active Noida subscriptions started before 10th Oct.

 

Quick math (example):

• Base monthly rent: ₹1,000

• Total GST @18% = ₹180

• You pay only 9% (₹90); RentBasket contributes 9% (₹90)

Q: Why is GST being added now?
A: To remain fully compliant with Government regulations as we scale our Noida operations.

 

Q: How does the 50% GST support work?
A: For existing Noida customers (subscriptions started before Nov 1, 2025), we’ll bear half of the GST on monthly invoices—auto-applied.

 

Q: Will my base rent change?
No. The base rent remains the same. GST is added on top, per law.

 

Q: Can I claim input tax credit (ITC)?
A: If you’re a registered business eligible for ITC, your GST invoice will reflect the tax charged.

 

Q: Who is eligible?
A: Active Noida subscriptions begun before Nov 1, 2025. New subscriptions from Nov 1 onward will have standard GST terms.
